A bunch of lawyers were talking on CNN today and said it was Obama's responsibility to take Bush and Cheney to court for violating international law banning torture in order to improve international relations. War crimes, essentially. Just talking. Forming public opinion. I guess that's the news for day 3 - Bush and Cheney possibly going to trial for authorizing torture <G>
