"...on the prowl." <G> ANTI-MICROSOFT ALLIANCE TIGHTENED: IBM, Sun, and Netscape have struck a series of deals to strengthen their alliance against the dominant maker of PC software. The three rivals are coordinating their work on a universal language that works on any computer system, not just Windows.
