Dear Harv. I have been downloading NSCP browsers for free for the last 4 years. This is nothing new. Regarding the settlement it seems like the clerk for the judge provided the solution. Remove the icon and disable. This is not what the judge asked for but it is a very easy and economical thing for MSFT to accomodate. John
