Who, of any importance, is going to make a deal with a company that can't even survive an audit? With Leemack in the closet and Bre-X still fresh, who of any importance would touch this thing? I have no doubt they can conjure up some sort of stock-swapping-option-exchanging-asset-rotating magic (like they just did with CDCH) but a deal with someone important? Not in this lifetime. I wouldn't be happy or sad, I'd probably die from the shock. I would be like a computer in those 50s B-Movies..."does not compute...does not compute..." with smoke coming out of my ears.
