The Russians killed half the people in the theatre when they also killed the Chechens.

I recently watched a documentary on the East-West incident. Many of those people simply aspirated their own vomit and choked to death or died of chest infection later. I can't believe the Russians were that ignorant and poorly trained but could see them with my own eyes, carrying unconscious and semi-conscious people out of the theater and laying them on their backs.

Where were the doctors? The nurses? The paramedics? The military medics?

With Waco - I refuse to believe the fire was deliberately set. I think massive ignorance is the human condition.

Which reminds me of why people like Rudy Giuliani are so effective - they don't know everything about anything, but they know something about almost everything. Lawyers learn to think about the worst all the time. Have you ever walked into a store during a rain storm or snow storm, and seen a patron straightening out a rug or carpet at the doorway that got flipped up? I see lawyers do it, and nobody else, tut-tutting to themselves about lawsuits waiting to happen, then going on about their business with a satisfied smile that there will be no lawsuit today.

No lawyers at the East-West debacle - Russia doesn't have them. Nor at Waco, apparently. You guys really need us, even though you don't realize it.
