He started out as a physisist and wanted in the early 70's to put a big push on some area of computers at IBM or Kodak. They said no and he went on his own.
Some of his calls have been good and like any other analyst you have to make choices. I have done much better after reading them all taking what I consider the best. I haven't found one source that gives all the right answers all the time but if you read the whole text of Armstrong a few times it makes more sense.Take his material and then read McAvity's stuff and so on and then a picture often begins to develope.McAvity also called the Can. $$ and I wish I had access to him as I'd like to hear what he has to say now on the Can. $$.PEI is not connected to the university
