savolainen-many thanks for the comprehensive report of your visit. Some of the oldtimers on this board will remember serious questions about the lack of customer support. It would appear that great strides have been taken to correct the shortcomings. It will sure be nice to get some of the new product shipped (Red-C,Linux Router,Opti-Switch) and see if this support stands up. An expedited ramp of Red-C would do wonders for us shareholders. You are correct that it is targeted to the sweet spot of a monster market. Notice out here in the West they are monsters, not monstas.<gg> Again, many thanks for the visit and report.
