Actually, you are ignoring the truth. The health care bill will save $140B over the next 10 years and $1 trillion over the following 10 years. cbo.gov No it won't. And your link doesn't say that it will. Reducing deficits (which it won't do either, it will very likely increase them) is not the same as reducing spending.
