WLD: I would say that now is the time to be looking at the concrete official statements made by DAY & MDHM legal counsel regarding the DAY law suit. Be careful to read exactly into it what is there and nothing more AND NOTHING LESS!!! Let us see a response of like kind (from DAY lawyers) regarding the status of the lawsuit in the Canadian Courts and we will then consider your remarks valid. By like kind, I mean in writing by DAY counsel in direct response to MDHM"s statements as presented by legal counsel. The case has either been thrown out or it hasn't!!! WLD, I am suspect of your motives because of the way you present "evidence" and because of the "genuine pseudo concern" for MDHM shareholders you profess. Coz: thanks for making the new area on the MDHM website known to us all. I for one will be awaiting news from DAY legal counsel to make comparisons and evaluations. I certainly want to know the truth in the matter being a shareholder in GOLD. The Gipper
