My previous message (April 2015) winged about a high share count and noted the lack of income. As always I was ever hopeful they would start to sell something.

And here we are over a year later with an extra 50% shares, still no sales (but more trials completed), and suddenly on a sunny (in UK) Friday afternoon it is worth $41m mcap (with some cash from recent raise but also 60m new full warrants plus previous ones).

So either there has suddenly been a simultaneous collective need to own unprofitable antibiotic alternative companies, or I'm missing something. There had also been stronger buying earlier in July (Haywood apparently).

What was "odd", and very annoying, was the size of the recent (June) PP, why raise $3.6m in one go when you might perhaps raise $1mm and wait for a better sp for the rest so not diluting us retail quite so badly.

Especially as we are awaiting the firming-up of a Chinese JV, and there had recently been an extension of some .1 warrants from March to July (ie both indications of possible higher prices). Not a question the CEO would answer me, but he and the other directors as participants in that PP seem to have done quite well.

Hm,

Well at least I still own some. But I'm not expecting a reply to my somewhat sarcastic email following up on my inquiry as to why they raised so much.
