I suspect should there be any cooperation, team China shall operate parallel program, because team America is viewed, rightly or wrongly, as unreliable for long term programs encompassing multiple regime-changes It is good that team China’s airlock mechanism is ‘international standard’ or at least able to dock w/ the Russian ships, presumably then able to dock w/ USA ships Believe team China’s program emphasizes robotics, for exploration, but involves humans for exploitation and infrastructure buildout The overall intent is to “go out there” but from “out there”
