Gardner - I am not particularly strong in TA either, but being someone who got a handful of bio-dogs, one as recent as 2 weeks ago <sg>, I should warn you about SRMI. A cursory look at its latest 10K (Mar 26,) it has some convertible debentures [they look like Reg D,] the stock will be highly dilutive, even if the debentures are not the floorless kind. Unless you are a bottom fishing specialist, better leave this to the sharks. JMHO rgds Bosco
