mr.mark, Thanks for the response, I tried your suggestion, and entered everything I could think of, as well as "keyboard". Not one mention of the function keys. Perhaps they are in no man's land. I have been wondering about this for a couple years, and have found no answer yet. This may become a challenge for me, <g>. I did learn more about the help files. Again, thanks for your time. A T
