Melissa, The lehman analyst's differing opinion is what makes investing so interesting. I don't know skiba's background, but I can promise you that Shege has much much more industry experience in the trenches dealing with the integration issues than most of the analysts on the street. Analyst opinions can impact short term trading, but it's the folks in the field living out the challenges that can add much more value. I also happen to think the lehman analyst is completely wrong, I bet we'll have a "gleeful" analyst meeting out of vantive tomorrow. TD
