Mary and Jack - insider selling , especially at these quantities is very bad for the stock's image and we see it in the stock price - the company is changing from a company with a bright future and therefore lots of growth - potential = high share price to one of good but steady = expected growth , as many other tech stocks . So if then an insider , esp. Hill sells ALL options , that means HILL CONSIDERS THIS TO BE THE BEST PRICE FOR MONTHS - WHATEVER HE PLANS TO DO WITH IT <<<<<<<< AND THAT IS THE POINT .
He might be good or not - that's not the issue , the image counts.
Very unfortunate for IOM - does he still work there ? Wal.
