Fine, but why did he sell 14 million shares 8-14-99?38mil?

Had he already spent the 160 million? When the price is tanking, why add more selling pressure?

Kind of makes his promise not to sell until April 2000, a little empty, don't you think? (i.e., I've got mine!!!)
