James: You could have made these arguments anytime during the last 10 years and see what woudl have happened. MSFT traded 10x to 17x sales al throughtout history. It is just that currently they are growing and poised to grwo even faster. i.e. they will get to 20billion sooner than we all think. Take the case of the best baseball pitcher in the world. If he consistantly performs he is going to keep demanding more and more. MSFT has been one of the best company in the planet for the last 10 years and is getting better day by day. IF you bought AAPL, NOVL, BORL, SYBS, for good valuations you could loose all what you got.
