Investartist: It's nice to hear that these SCADA applications can generate quite large MOUs when deployed. It seems the question, with most G* questions, is WHEN will they be deployed in significant numbers to impact G's bottom line. The hardware and installation seems to be one of the first and foremost bottlenecks that must be overcome. Does anyone know when that will occur? G doesn't have the wiggle room that it once had to slowly roll out services. It's "soft launch" has eaten that cushion. G* needs concrete proof of revenue generating applications relatively soon. Even if G* gets its partner financing, it still must deal with Chase and its soon-to-be-violated loan covenants on 3/31/01. Chase will work out a deal if it looks like G* is turning the corner; if not (e.g., nothing but promises), who knows.
