Yes I remember my grandfathers life revolved around funerals the last 20 years or so. It's a sad fact of life. Grandpa had it right though, live 88 years in good health doing what you want to do and then one fine spring day drop dead on your front door step. No cancer, alzheimer's, etc, just drop dead at a ripe old age. Couldn't ask for much more.
