W-L-D: How would you play this if you thought NN was worth 35, on its own, in 12 months?

Well, I don't think that, but if I did...probably sell into the morning's feeding frenzy and buy back afer earnings (which I don't believe will be very good). If there is no negative preannoucement and no buyout, some of the premium may leak back out of the price as people begin to think NN will try and go it alone.

All IMO, of course.
