The channel you lay out shows a top of about $10 1/2 (where we just pooped out), and a bottom of about $6. That in itself is not bullish.

The bullish thing is the volume, if one considers volume to be predictive of future moves. The stock needs to break above the channel/resistance line at $10 1/2-$11 to turn bullish.

Options trading at $15 and $20 are leftover leaps from when the stock was higher. The fact that they trade is not a bullish signal, either. How they trade might be.
