Elmer,

Believe me, I take no joy in watching any of this unravel.
If anything, I feel powerless, I'm just an observer. I look at the big picture and get very frustrated with what the government has dealt us. Not a level playing field out there. The economy is way out of balance. Law's selectively enforced. Wasteful Government enfighting. Bubbles are not a good thing especially on the way down.
