The current problems in Syria and Libya have nothing to do with Israel. As for Palestine, the don't invade because they know Israel can wipe them out. I think the only reason Israel is still there is the weapons arsenal they have... But I am by far no expert on the Middle East. But peace through strength was the major reason the USSR was toppled. I'm guessing you probably weren't even alive back then...
