Where is ALL this foreign $ going. Certainly not into the Euro bourses which are down more than the S&P 500, nor into the Nikkei down 14%. Probably going into short US Treasuries. Notice the yield curve steepening. Given the real rates of interest vs. inflation an argument can be made for the premise that interest rates are still too high. Also with low interest rates PE's should be expected to be higher. This market makes no sense and there are no pat answers on this one. Tell me what would it take in terms of capitalization to build a new INTC from scratch?? JFD
