Here's an analysis of the two follow-on suits filed last week: zdnet.com >>"There is a high probability that if the government obtains a decision, that decision will include a finding that Microsoft owns a monopoly in the operating system marketplace," Gray said. "That would be a tremendous springboard for any potential private antitrust lawsuit against Microsoft."
