The advice I got from the custodian when I was preparing to submit a written grievance to the Superintendant of Schools against a principle:

"Chy'aaa rieeeeght! Let me help you out; when you get done wasting your time on the first draft, take it to the Superintendant's house and discuss it with him. You will find him and the principle sipping wine and listening to some romantic music at the hot tub, in the raw ... ha ha ha"

You can't imagine how helpful that was.
