The problem with making a deal with one of the big boys is that they probably want to much and thus no upside...... ndb's price is way off its high... considering gnets other buys I would say buying some shares of ndb would be a wise move......did anybody here of commtouch when GNET bought in on that?......that stock is up from 12 to the 40's.....and click2learn is doing good as well...I have not had time to research out NDB nor even time to call a broker to buy it but I can tell you this......Russ and team have done all the homework on ndb for me ...if you believe in gnet management and at this point I think we all should , then you should take this opportunity and profit from it...

ndb up over 10% as of time of this posting
