Hi E_K_S,

With their doubling of warehouse capacity, it now hinges on the rate of growth in their new markets: Texas and Florida.

Both of those states are red states and in high growth mode with excellent demographics.

I finally can buy their product when we are are home in Texas.

Key to faster growth is inventory turn and product marketing.

That being done properly will show up in revenue growth. 2024 hopefully will continue an acceleration of revenue.

It looks as if they are quite confident that will happen - it is a neat story for sure.

I'd rather see it grow for another 6 years than be bought out. Hard to believe I've owned it that long!

I wrote them a nice Thank You note and indicated I'd like to visit them some time. I hope they offer a tour on a visit. I like to visit companies I have a substantial ownership in. I find most investors never ask. It surprises most CEO's. If they put on the ritz when we visit, I buy them forever (within reason of course).

The remodel of our Wisconsin home has me all but overwhelmed.

Architectural drawing are finalized and I'm still tearing out the walls.

I'll soon enter the steel beam installation (3 of them to be installed). Contracting it myself with the help of friends in the business.

Busy times!

Bob
