Why not 4999?

BTW, another case you all want to look at is partial execution.
If your buy/sell order is partially and completely executed at the
same buying/selling price, the rate should be $12.

But if your order is partially executed and you change the
remaining order with a different price, the computer will treat
your order as two separate orders. And you will be charged $24. This
is wrong. Check your on-line transaction before you call and
let the WEB broker know.
You should only be charged as follows:

(% fill/sold x $12) + $12.
