Insider Buys Jim did you see those insider buys posted on EDGAR today and yesterday? They are not real big, but they look real enough to me. Now I wonder if we'll see Brinson up their holdings? Notice that inspite of all of this downtrend, we have not seen any SEC filings indicating any selling, from the large holders. I have heard that institutional holdings have increased significantly recently. Arnold
