You put sufficient mis-information in the "news release" that starts this thread for people either familiar with national and international organizations and regulations governing the internet or people who use good-old common sense and actually read an entire news item to see that this is a prank one can only get away with one day each year, on April Fools Day.

It just goes to show how people believe what they want to believe, do not carefully read things. Your posting proves the old saying, "A fool and his money can be easily parted."

Even a person with zero knowledge of "the Internet" should have realized this is a joke from the last paragraph:
