All, FancyFact - There have been only 5 insider buys since 05/27/93 per Vickers, totaling 20K shares. 10K of them were John Young, 1k Frankenburg, and the rest two other BOD members...all probably obligatory in some sense or another. The last buy was on 04/01/96 by John Young.

In the same time-frame there have been 13,744,566 shares sold by many different insiders. This number is approximate to allow for keying errors, I only added them up once and there were a ton.

Forget the sells, how can a company be so cocky about "not being for sale" when nobody seems willing to put their money where their mouth is. Easy...it's our money, if they don't make it, nothing lost but time and options...and in John Young's case everything gained in 10K a week, assuming he's still taking it. Based on all his hard work though, I'll bet he is.
