I think that is so ultra important..a friend used to be an analyst and she clued me in that when countries get loans, their "leaders" bank accounts always reflect it :> I think most of the news media is one big waste..if they focussed on that..pillaging of countries maybe enough citizens of the lending governments will can force legislation to pass so the money helps the citizens rather than leaders' and their friends' pockets while burying their souls truly hope what goes around comes back big time cynical bobby
