Sorry for you, but it ain't over by a long shot. Wait for that judge to be reversed:

"The judge's ruling to dismiss is clearly flawed," notes one legal source close to the action.

"Limited immunity applies to specific charges, it is not carte blanche. Any new crimes discovered as the result of information provided, even under condition of limited immunity -- by the way, why they call it limited -- can be and are prosecuted."

CLINTON APPOINTED JUDGE THROWS OUT STARR CHARGES AGAINST HUBBELL

U.S. District Judge James Robertson, a Clinton appointee, today throw out
charges brought against Whitewater figure Webster Hubbell by Prosecutor Ken
Starr. Hubbell and his wife were charged with conspiring to evade taxes.

"Hopefully this is finally over," said Suzy Hubbell.

But the DRUDGE REPORT has learned that possible appeal preparation is
underway in the Starr camp.

U.S. District Judge James Robertson granted a defense request to dismiss the
charges because the case was built on evidence that was turned over under a
grant of limited immunity.

The judge ruled: "Mr. Hubbell was thereby turned into the primary informant
against himself" in violation of his Fifth Amendment rights against
self-incrimination.

Last week the judge bluntly described special prosecutor Ken Starr's tactics
as "Really scary."

"The judge's ruling to dismiss is clearly flawed," notes one legal source
close to the action.

"Limited immunity applies to specific charges, it is not carte blanche. Any
new crimes discovered as the result of information provided, even under
condition of limited immunity -- by the way, why they call it limited -- can
be and are prosecuted."

James Robertson, an experienced litigator and former president of the D.C.
Bar, was nominated to be a U.S. District judge by President Clinton in 1994.

What did you expect from a Clintonista judge anyway? It's an easy bet that Robertson will be reversed.
