It's official now. WCII is BK. Winstar Comms (WCII) 0.14: -- Update -- Files voluntary petition for protection under the Chapter 11 bankruptcy code. WCII also files a suit against Lucent (LU) seeking $10 bln in damages for Lucent's breach of its obligations under its strategic partnership agreement with Winstar. Lucent Tech (LU) 7.15: Winstar Communications (WCII) files a $10 bln suit against company alleging breach of contract.
