Araldica Announces Changes in Officers and Directors -

August 7, 1998...ARALDICA WINERIES, LTD. (OTC:BB - AWLT) announced today the following changes in its Officers and Directors, effective immediately:

1. Louis Contey [63], an Officer and Director of the company, passed away last month, and his duties have been reassigned by the company as indicated below.

2. Dominic J. Zaccoli, Sr. [67], has resigned as Chairman and Treasurer because of poor health; he remains a Director of the company.

3. Louis D. DeSantis [53] has resigned as President and Chief Executive Officer, and resumed his prior duties as Executive Vice President and Secretary; he remains a Director of the Company.

4. Frank J. Landi, Sr. [59] has accepted reappointment as President and Chief Executive Officer of the company.

5. Ms. Denise B. Gellis remains a Director of the company.

The current Board of Directors now totals four [4] persons as of the current date.
