Like you Joe, I'm a strong supporter of the Albanian "free enterprise".... As for my education in Canada, it was not free: the Canadian embassy granted me a visiting student visa provided I could prove I had over CAD 9,500.00 to pay my tuition & accomodation costs... Anyway, the first time I travelled to Edmonton, the guys over there (Ken and Jim) offered me a job so, no bad blood about my Canadian tour...

Genes?! Whatever next... The Palestinians might not have attracted many immigrants indeed but Japan too doesn't attract many immigrants. However, as a pool of cheap labor, Palestinians did attract many a Jewish investor eager to contract his textile/foodstuff business out to sweatshops in Israel's economic backyard and export the output to the EU.
