The videoconferencing announcent goes something like this-

Major computer manufacturers will all be including video in
and audio in/out in their computers. With the H.322 standard
for videoconferencing (and the soon to be completed MPEG-4)
we'll be seeing lame (1 inch square) video conferencing
applications being shipped standard with new PCs... much like
ProShare 1.6 (data conferencing) is shipped with NEC
computers today. The public thinks that videoconferencing
is like in 2001 - where the man talks from Jupiter to his kid...
no delay, full screen video, perfect audio. Guess again!
