Jim,

Yes, there are certainly numerous businesses in the same and adjacent fields of technology in which a merger and business combination can be made to work. I'd vote in favor of a merger and still hold onto my shares if it came to that. There is plenty of opportunity in this technology and there is a strong demand in the market.

But correct execution depends on so many things ranging from capital management to operational scale-systems production.

I think Mr. Hawk and maybe some of his colleagues in the business just need to put the pieces of the puzzle together. That's why I don't buy all the careless talk about "scams" and "misrepresentation" by Cycomm. There is too much money to be made by doing the job right. Why waste time on a scam for a measly couple of a million dollars and sacrifice a reputation built up over so many years?

There aren't that many pina coladas in the South Sea Islands to make up for a loss not measured in dollars and cents.
