If you have had a chance to see the boothcam ( I have
emailed the active URL to friends--real cool if you have
netscape as your mail server.) I think you will see where
xDSL is going. THe killer app for xDSL will be videoconferencing--
no doubt about it IMHO. The video that I see (T1 link here) is
damn good. Very little downtime and video phones would be bought
by the boatloads w/these speeds. Is this coming downstream from
conference at
8 Mpbs? My email server says the average speed to me is about
31.4 K/s!
