Carolyn, I, too, hope that SI is doing something about Pareto's examples of self serving Press Releases disguised as news. After being sucked in a few times, I learned to ignore them.

It is equally important that SI timely provide Press Releases constituting real news. Invariably, SI is many minutes, sometimes more than an hour, behind (unnamed) similar sites, even for items from Reuters. These delays should not be allowed to continue if SI is to retain its reputation as the premier finance site on the web.
