So what's Otto's phone number? ... it's ecu.to he doesn't like, fwiw, nother outfit in a nother place ... lots of people prefer email, as it gives you time to compose a rational answer and leaves you with an exact written record, with companies email would be especially useful as you could copy and paste bits to the inevitable rush of questions all asking the same two or three things at most ... a good friend of mine never answers his phone ever, just lets it take messages and calls back if he feels like it, i even stopped yelling 'Pick it up A**hole' because he turned the audio off on that part of his landline, now have to politely say 'please call me' to the machine ... note how on ec.v's contact-us page they ask for your number so they can call you back, that's mostly what happens when you have their number anyway
