Hi CW, although I would like to see the company bought, I posted the insider trading info more to question the confidence of the officers and BOD regarding remaining independent. If they were as confident as they talk, I would think we'd see much more buying. I can understand why insiders aren't buying in overvalued companies like MSFT, but this is a beaten down stock near it's all time low. The deal of a lifetime, right? sf
