I can't remember. It was on a thread this morning and I think it came from Wall Street Journal Interactive. A judge had granted an injunction in favor of Ziasun, so SI, when it received this injunction, removed three of the posts (letting any others stand!) The lawyer for Go2Net said they would wait for any judgment before deciding anything further.
