This had already been reported, but..... wouldn't it be fun to sit through this trial? Profitable too, perhaps.......

The judge presiding over the suit by Repligen and the University of
Michigan against Bristol-Myers Squibb concerning the correction of
inventorship of certain CTLA4 patents has ruled that the dispute can
only be resolved in a trial. The trial has been scheduled for April
2003.
