Has anyone else ever wondered why Brinker uses the "starship" term to describe his show? It seems odd since the metaphor stops there and doesn't have any meaning attached to it. Yet he keeps repeating it.

It seems more like a "cruiseship". Lumbering along with many lost souls set to drift out on the sea as so much shark bait. And the captain, who should be at the helm, has locked himself in his cabin to avoid admitting the embarrassing reality of getting caught with no lifeboats on board.
