<Under the terms of the offering, if memory serves me correct, they can't issue more common so the only other alternatives appear to be either future debt or selling assets, the most prominent being MUEI.> They can't issue more subordinated debt under the terms of the recent debt offering, since it limits that to 500 million. It has been speculated that they might try for another 500 mil placement of common stock. --James
