Hi Steve - I was not aware that Novell owned property in East San Jose. Do you have an address and I can tell you how much they paid for it and the date they purchased it. Well....another hidden asset for Novell. I know that Novell did turn down an offer from the city (with large tax incentives) to build down town in favor of their 44 acre parcel near CSCO. I agree that if Novell was to tighten their belt they would build (or rent) rather than develop the airport site. Then again, they could always sublease this space for big dollars. EKS
