Lot more coverage than just Secret caps on OEE. As to profitability and when it may come , soon. Quick and maybe simplistic but I find it works for me look at the numbers.

2015 lost 2.4 mil on sales of 2.1 mil for 2015 at a 50% gross margin.

2016 sales look like going to be $3 mil and GP has been boosted to 72% as per last news release

So 2015 gross profit 1.05 mil

2016 gross profit 3 mil x 72% = 2.16 mil

So if the rapid sales growth stops today they will most likely post a 1 mil $ loss in 2016 but unfilled orders and pace of sales should see them lower that a bit yet this year. 2017 looks to be the breakout year for OEE but of course they will have to avoid the clutches of Cisco and Mazak for that to be relevant. I dont think OEE will exist through 2017 as everything is pointing to Cisco bringing its new plaything into its fold. Cisco is investing big in IIOT and Memex is a key part of Cisco's plans. Best way to ensure Memex remains true to Cisco and doesnt run off with the next big boy in town is for Cisco to buy the company.

With Cisco pulling deals like this to get foothold on IIOT market you think little ol Memex with its 20 mil market cap wont get eaten up... Cisco announced today it was buying Jasper Technologies, developers of an Internet of Things cloud platform for $1.4 billion.
