Question to the thread:

As we all know, insiders are required to disclose their intention to sell as well as the actual sale of shares in the company. We can all see these transactions at various sites showing insider trading.

Why isn't a company required to do the same? We never see Intel's buybacks listed under insider trading. I'd like this information in a more timely manner.

Anyone know the answer?
